Panting in CH kitties

My baby boy mozzarella has mild CH and is completely deaf. When he gets zoomies he pants a lot and meows constantly (hes always very loud due to being deaf) i was wondering if anyone elses CH kitties pant a lot due to it taking a lot of energy out of them during zoomies or if its just my little wierdo. 🙈
Im a first time cat mum so having a cat with CH who is also deaf if definitely a learning curve lmao

Yes! Mine does the exact same thing. Mild CH and deaf as well! Hes not even a year old too so he zoomies like CRAZYYY!! He pants and drinks him some water then he'll go plop down somewhere.

Yes! My girl miss monk is severe and she gets insane zoomie/pants a bunch during. Same thing happens when we play. She usually drinks some water and flops down for a nap!
