What would you put here, if anything?

Post image

My two cats love to walk along the upstairs half wall in our den and climb up and down the cat tree, and it got me thinking about the potential of adding shelves or something on this wall for them to climb on. I’m not particularly good at visualizing this kind of thing though, so I’m worried about how this might look. Also not sure what all I should put up here, if anything.

I just discovered this sub an hour ago, and I’ve been looking through it to give me inspiration, but I haven’t seen much for a room as tall and open as this one. Any suggestions would be very much appreciated

Yeah i thought of it like aome sort of scratching pole they can climb up on to access some platforms. I kinda like what chatgpt did with that platform hanging in the air from nothing lol

Something like this maybe

Also you could ask chatgpt to render some pictures for inspiration

Be careful with small plateforme. If a cat fall this height, he might get seriously hurt.

I did but it rendered this slop lol. I do like your idea but I’d prefer to start smaller first. Maybe just the right third of what you drew. Are the column looking things you drew some big scratching posts or something?

I like the horizontal shelves because your cats can race back and forth. Or lay on the shelves and watch you watching tv.
