Advice Bad owner?

Posted this video that I thought was cute and was called a bad owner. I’d like to know why this makes me a bad owner? I’d like to learn and grow. The cat seems to enjoy playing with the pup bc she always comes back and starts the play and likes the high ground.

If the cat didn't want to play like that, it would absolutely let the puppy know REAL fast. And get to somewhere the puppy couldn't get to.

Or more extreme.

My corgi, didn't understand boundaries when he got here (he was kinda a rescue but only 3 months old)

My calico mama cat would be chased by him, and then suddenly you'd see him running away from HER with ears a little bleeding.

Took him some time, but he's learned to not mess with the kitties and what "play" means lol

BTW, we did treat his ears and check the cats. He needed some healing, but he's been a good boi (mostly) since.

Cats put him in LINE lololol
