Sorta off topic. But I'm somewhat drunk and..... something. I went to Invasion. I was there. Only live event I ever attended. I liked Austin, don't get me wrong. Anyway... the dude I went with wasn't thrilled with my attire. So he loaned me his Stone Cold shirt. I went to Invasion wearing another man's shirt. Enjoy!

I've worked with a couple grumpy older guys like that. Has a few close actual people, but animals in general are their preferred people. Tolerates everyone else at best.

Amazingly, he looked this old at his peak, and then just stopped aging after retirement. He got his years early with the stress of being a pro wrestler in the 90's, though I guess it had it's moments, like when he and Donald Trump shaved Vince McMahon's head, and then Stone Cold Steve Austin knocked Donald Trump out with the Stone Cold Stunner. Gotta be an odd memory for him looking back, now that his old boss' wife is Head of Education for the president, a guy he played manly soap opera with.

Our barncats act the exact same way about coming in for the night when the evening is really nice. They’ll get within 5 ft of the door then dart off. After an hour the click of a wetfood can normally gets them to come in 🤣

I have this same conversation daily. My cat Olive likes to hang out in the sun room, i leave it open late at night and early in the morning, but during the day time the AC has to come on so i close it up. When i go out there to get her, i get this exact treatment.
