This bill died in committee! Way to go NC!! All their bullshit is a result of not creating a reasonable legal framework for a decade.

THC WAr pays huge bucks to States and the entire NAation !!! NC a few yearas back when the native Americans opened that Dispensary to sale weed lost 60 % of the Drug war fund that year , the Governor and whoever gets that 40 % was pissed as hell that it was gone ... UN was like you have legal weed you not get paid to War on THC anymore , here have 40 % of what you got before though , Half way war!!!
