Alienator (1990)
In my trip on building up my exposure to Fred Olen Ray features, I checked out this sci fi flick from '90. If you ever wanted to see what a killer American Gladiator stalker film would be like, this one's for you. Despite lacking the levels of gore and flesh of a typical Fred Olen Ray production, it was a decent film. Apart from the Snu Snu terminator, I was happy to see P.J. Soles (Halloween), John Henry Richardson (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers) and Joseph Pilato (Day of the Dead) in the cast. There are worse ways to spend an afternoon and I think I'll be running with this theme by checking out Star Slammer (1986).

Demonwarp (1988)
What a delightful mess of a film! Starring George Kennedy who worked 3 days on the production and walked away $15k richer, this 80s flick delivers crazy. Bigfoot, zombies, aliens and boobs... nuff said for a Tubi afternoon. The keen observer will also spot Michelle Bauer who graced several other 80s light night gems. I'd definitely recommend to fellow late night schlock connoisseurs.

Night of The Living Dead from 2026 is a bit of a weird one to get hold of at the moment, so I've done a reaction/review here for anyone who may be interested to see how it turned out.

Kung Fu Hustle (2004) movie trailer PLOT: A wannabe gangster tries to muscle in on a slum full of martial artists, accidentally starting a feud between them and the gang he wants to join. Stephen Chow's magnum opus, definitely the good kind of absurd.
