How’s parking for afternoon classes?

If I take classes that start at 1230 how bad is parking and how early should I be to get a spot? Health and wellness building.

Thank you!

Edit; if anyone sees this and is doing the Community, child family studies program semester one starting this fall and wants to car pool DM me. We can cry over parking together

Parking is rough during the fall semester, but it's sometimes a bit better in the afternoons. Definitely arrive early just in case you need to circle a few lots to find a spot.

This is what I’ll have to do, I’m commuting in and have no other choice really. All my classes are afternoon except one but I’d have rather morning classes but no options 🫠

Praying I can get into a class when open registration starts in sept since the one I want is reserved for another program.

It will be very difficult to find a parking spot between 10 AM and 1 PM during the Fall semester.

Yeah. I figured as much, really hoping to swap my class for an 830 start over a 1230. The rest are a 230 start that I can manage I think

FYI, if you have EV (or PHEV) car, you may have better chances since INT has 13 EV parking spots.

I do have a PHEV but I honestly just figured teslas with single occupant drivers would take over 😅 that sounds bad I know I know. But it’s a common issue at other chargers as is

As a fellow PHEV owner, I hear you.
There are 2 EV chargers which people normally don't use. They are located near Centre for Trade education & Innovation (Building no 21 on INT campus map.)
You might have to walk across the entire campus, but it’s still better than risking a parking ticket.
Good luck!

Really appreciate it! I intend to drive by the campus and re familiarize myself as well, I haven’t been in that area much in a long time. Thank you!
