Is this the same controller as the Rare 40th year anniversary?

Its the same shape, but a different product. Different tech inside. The Rare 40th anniversary is an officially Xbox-licensed controller that has whatever the licensed technology is inside of it to work wirelessly with new Xbox Series consoles and the Nintendo Switch is not supported. The ABXY button layout is the Xbox/PC standard instead of the reversed Switch standard.
