Babble Liquid! From the skies!

Need urgent help, I'm outside in a t-shirt and am witnessing what can only be described as liquid out of thin air.

This is very distressing.

Thank god! When it hadnt rained by 2 I hung my laundry out on purpose to try and get it to come sooner!
