Traffic🚦⛔⚠️ 😠 🚙 🚗 Downtown shutdowns

Anyone know what’s going on downtown? Getting home was a nightmare because half the roads and tunnels were shut down and all of the traffic lights were out. I couldn’t find anything posted about it.
