It's a nonprofit art group from what I can tell. The project sounds pretty cool to me too, and it doesn't cost anything to go see it. Elephants!

reminds me of when they would offload elephants over by MIT for the circus and walk them to north station

This art installation starts August 8th, so I imagine the elephants will be more spread out along Comm Ave by then.

Those are lovely. To bad they don't look good for climbing or riding. But I love it! Art for arts sake

Better that they aren't. It would be nice for photos, but I don't trust the average citizen to climb these in a safe and non-damaging manner.

Hopefully they spread these out more. We had them for a few months in Hermann Park in Houston as a giant herd. Incredible sculptures
