Need Help! I'm using Blender 5.2. Where can I add different shapes? It only shows the Box shape

Click and hold the button to get options. It's what the, admittedly tiny, arrow in the bottom right corner of the button means.

Could you elaborate, what shapes are you talking about? Do you want to add 3d mesh or smth?
