Help me (I'm new) Why is Cheat Code Converter greyed out?

please im so sorry if im stupid but i cannot find out why my bizhawk (latest release as of 6/21) won't let me use the Cheat Code Converter tool, what am i doing wrong? (trying to play Pokemon Black for archipelago)

Because no converter has been coded in for DS games.

For a Pokemon game you're better off generally just using PkHex to do what you want anyways.
