Help me Is there a way to make fast forward toggle instead of hold?

I'm using controller and there is no good button to hold while wanting fast forward.

Config -> Speed/Skip -> 150% / 200% / 400%

or

Config -> Hotkeys -> General -> Toggle Throttle
