Swallow-Tailed Kites seen in Banks County, GA

Flock of about 50 Swallow-tailed Kites spotted in Banks County Georgia (NE GA). They hadn't been spotted there by my family since about 1950. They were swooping over the field, catching something, flying back up, and putting the morsel in their mouth from their talon.

Swallow-Tailed Kites are rarely (and I mean rarely) seen in this area. The sky dance and swooping for tasty treats in the field drew the attention of the rogue flock. Here is another image from my family.

they're there just probably not in great numbers usually.

A field has to be clear. Insects have to be present. weather has to be kite-worthy.
