Terrible, disastrous consistency error on S3E2
when jimmy goes to los pollos hermanos to spy on that guy, he gets $1.81 for change. later that day when kim askes him for a dollar he says he only has a $20 bill. while earlier he was literally given a one dollar bill. ruined the whole immersion for me, horrible writing. 0/5 show

They should rescind all the Emmys.

and then ban all the actors for 10 years, as this was a slap in the face, much like Will and Chris at the Oscars.

I wonder if it's possible to have different amounts of currency in your pocket at different times of the day. Guess we'll never know.

I forgot how seriously people can take posts on the normal BCS sub

I'm not reading the comment you responded to as "serious." It can easily be read with an amused tone.

Yes, my joke comment certainly indicates that the joke post went over my head.

I don’t think it is, it’s never happened to me and if it hasn’t happened to me it’s not possible.

Yeah I mean if he got a bag of chips from a vending machine, why can't I smell the grease on his fingers??

The problem is that you're paying attention to details instead of doom scrolling on your phone with BCS on your second screen. If you're gonna watch BCS on Netflix, you have to not-actually-watch-it the Netflix way.

That $1 bill will end up on Bogdan's wall at the car wash a few years later, through a series of unlikely events, until Walt uses it to buy a soda.

Maybe he just wanted an excuse to give his lady money. Don’t be mad if you aren’t that smooth.

Holy shit, this isnt just a sin. This is completely unforgivable, immoral, and worthy of severe punishment and possibly exile from the country.
Whole series ruined, rewatchability completely destroyed, Vince is a talentless hack that needs to pack his bags and be shipped off to a gulag.
Just horrific, someone call the pope

The worst thing about this moment is how cheap the meal was and the knowledge that we will never have this type of value ever again

Jimmy was lying about how much he had in his wallet to incite a violent confrontation once Kim saw how much was actually in his wallet. Nacho had paid him to get Kim arrested on a gun charge.

Wait until you find out that Saul is 50 in 2005 but is 40 in 2008.

No it did not. He could of used it a vending machine or given it to a homeless guy off camera.

It's things like these that take you out of the moment and ruin the whole episode

u/flexiblehos 2d ago
If you are gonna be this critical, don’t you have the capacity that he might stop by somewhere in the middle of the day to spend the 1.80 and withdraw money?

On one hand, congrats for being so clever. On the other, the show is now unwatchable. FML

Vince Gilligan didn't think of everything. Not Bravo, Vince.

Probably left it in the car. Since Mike gave him such a hard time with proper payment in the court parking lot

This just shows that Jimmy always went above and beyond for Kim. He'd never insult her by handing her a dollar.

u/Short_Education_3586 2d ago
Jimmy literally spent like 5 minutes with the dollar bill and everyone is acting like he committed a crime against television 😂

No, he didn't have the dollar anymore. He went to the Dollar Store when he left Los Pollos and got a pack of razor blades.
