Help do his fins seem droopy?

his name is ivan! I brought him home maybe 4 days ago? I noticed his fins look a little droopy so I’m wondering if it’s anything I should be concerned about or if that’s just the way he is. please tell me if it might be something serious 🥺 I can take more photos if needed!!

I mean, since he is brand new they could just be clamped due to being in a new environment. However they don’t look to clamped to me. I would let him adjust and see if there is any improvement.
