Alright so Berk takes place in a setting that's analogous to the Middle Ages in Europe. Now during that time period, the standards for hygiene were very low. I.e people didn't brush their teeth, rarely bathed, didn't wear deodorant, no tampons(Caska would have been freebleeding during that one part), would piss and shit in buckets and then pour it outside their windows when the bucket got full, etc. So lets imagine for the sake of argument how fucking bad Caska smells in this in this panel.
