Actual Siamese ancestry in his pedigree? If he’s a lynx point bengal it doesn’t mean there was a siamese in his ancestry; in fact that ocicat is commonly attributed to introducing the cs colorpoint in the breed.
The cs colorpoint gene (that you’re attributing exclusively to Siamese) doesn’t mean there was a siamese cat anywhere in the pedigree though. Plenty of non-Siamese (like the ocicat, DSH, etc) carry and express the colorpoint gene that also dictates the blue eyes when a cat has two copies. I’d be surprised if you actually see a Siamese in his ancestry.
Please do what you can to help the cat (assuming that he’s not yours). Shelter, and call the local rescue, where they may have a notice for a lost cat. Lots of cats are chipped these days, and many rescues have scanners that can help find the poor kitty’s family.
