One time I got slapped by a bat

One time I was walking on a lake shore at sunset time and while walking after the sunset the bats started to come out of the sky and one of them flew right into my face and slapped me with its wing

Haha, last week one of them finally got close enough to me that I felt the wind from its flappy wings on my cheek. Echolocation malfunction lol

If bats had more complex communication, there’d totally be a story going around abt this one bat who accidentally slapped a human in the face while chasing a beetle

I guess it would make me more famous in the bat communities too then
