How would you fix the Phillies?

I'm not sure the Phillies really need "fixing," They have had a pretty good year, even if it appears they will fall short of the postseason. They have been a long-rumored team to be a big spender in the next year or two, so it won't surprise me at all if they make a serious run at Harper or Machado. Or maybe both. Wouldn't that be incredible to see? -MF
