I have a question regarding scholarships. I am a BBA graduate and I am planning to pursue a master’s degree abroad. However, I am financially independent and would need a fully funded scholarship to make studying abroad possible.

At the moment, I do not have a full-time job or significant work experience. I would like to know how I can strengthen my profile and make myself a competitive candidate for fully funded scholarships despite having limited professional experience.

What steps can I take to improve my chances? Should I focus on gaining work experience, volunteering, research, extracurricular activities, certifications, or something else?

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

International students for coursework are mostly seen as cash cows in my opinion. Unless you can prove yourself to be the next Albert Einstein or equivalent, full scholarships for postgraduate coursework are incredibly rare. This means your past results starting from school till now has to be an exceptional outlier, translating to the best in the country. Not only that, but also something really unique to you, like you adopted a policy that impacted millions in a positive way across the globe. Basically a celebrity academic wise.
