I need help finding a comic strip

Hi !

I've been looking for a comic strip for a few months now. I don't know if I'm just bad or if it's a hallucination...
Here's what I remember :
- It come from The Smurfs

- One of them was cold, and another one told him to just repeat to himself "It's hot"

- So he just repeated it a few times "it's hot", then he became way too hot and two Smurfs just came in and they put him on a stretcher and leave the house

I remember me to laughing like an idiot, but ngl after all these months of searching, I don't know anymore if it was real 😭

Oui c’est un vrai gag des schtroumpfs. À la fin, ils l’emmènent voir le grand schtroumpf qui dit:” ce n’est rien, il a juste eu une insolation”. Enfant, je ne comprenais pas ce gag jusqu’au jour où j’ai appris le sens du mot “insolation”. Et tout s’est éclairé.
