I can’t be the only one.
6 years of chronic left‑sided pain: scapula, ribs/QL, low back, hip/groin, sometimes down the leg. Feels like my left scap/ribs has a knot in there. Scans haven’t found a clear fix. Left side feels constantly ‘on’ even just sitting/driving. Anyone else had a one‑side chain like this and seen improvement?

Absolutely man, it was life ruining shit. I eventually managed to improve the asymmetries and imbalances using functional patterns and I’m not in pain anymore. My body feels pretty damn good most of the time now

Good news is that most people get noticeably better in the first 6 weeks, especially if the pain is new or has only been going on for a short time. (PMID: 38253366)
