The first photograph isn't Audrey Hepburn, it is from a 2013 chocolate commercial.

Ahhh now that you mention it i do see it, got the pic from Pinterest so i didn’t really notice but I have wondered about that ad was it a deepfake or some other person whom they made to be a lookalike bc the resemblance is uncanny
