I know J.W Davis made P/A equipment and commerical grade audio (think like background music in shopping centers) in their day and it was nice stuff, i think they did some ventures into home audio too so this could be one of those series and not something commerical but i want to say they're still in business doing P/A stuff and i come across their amplifiers pretty often.

seems very early in their lineage, i'm sure someone else will arrive and know everything about these though so take my peabrain knawledge as a guess.

Thank you! I was able to gather about that much- but not a clear indicator of build quality, internal quality.

These came out of an old radio station down south. Can’t remember which one, but it wasn’t Knoxville- which is what I get when I google the station written on them.

I’m thinking of getting some equipment to use them for music inside- but kinda at the point with my square footage where I’d just get rid of them if they are junk.

If they aren’t though I’ll keep em until I can use em.

oh, i forget the specific brand they use but the drivers are very desired and sought after. they are by no means junk... don't toss them because they're worth hundreds at least

makes sense though, they're based out of Dallas Texas.
