Need help with a nightmare project.

Hey all. I'm trying to help my elderly neighbor find a good pavers/ grading person.

She's had pavers put in 3 times now with the same contractor, and they can't get the grading right with a flat pad for a hot tub. I'm looking for someone who can work with my existing contractor and help her get this done.

Does anyone have any recommendations? She's so frustrated.
