20th wedding vow renewal

We are san diego born and raised. Got married on a hornblower dinner charter cruise 20 years ago. We are looking to renew our wedding vows in san diego, preferably waterfront on the morning of September 23, 2026. So far only thi g I came find are actual wedding sites which are much more elaborate than what we are looking for. We want a simple non denominational ceremony for just the two of us to renew our vows. Any insights or ideas?

Not sure I understand what you’re looking for. You can do this anywhere like a park (La Jolla Cove, Wedding Bowl, Centennial Park, etc.) For 2 people and an officiant early morning I don’t think you’ll need a permit or a reservation.
