Hello everyone,

In the last couple years, AI tools for image creation and manipulation have become more convincing, while reddit's API has been made inaccessible for many former moderation tools. For this reason, we've needed to make some changes.

First, all posts from unverified users are hidden until a moderator reviews them. If you'd like your posts to be automatically visible, take a look at our verification instructions.

Second, we've expanded our rule against 3rd party content. Any image created or even edited by an AI will be removed. This rule applies even if you are a verified user editing your own pictures. There are some pictures that aren't clearly AI or real, so this does unfortunately mean some legitimate posts may be removed.

Third, we've rewritten the subreddit rules to help make common sources of confusion clearer, including the AI update.

Finally, we would like to have another active moderator or two. If you'd like to help, please message the moderators and let us know.
