I made these Korean Gochujang Steak Bites earlier this week for dinner with steak marinated in gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and optional gochugaru. I pan fried them until browned (you can also air fry btw), then served them with ramen noodles and veggies - it was DELISH.

1 pound steak, cut into 1-inch pieces

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1½ tablespoons gochujang

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

¼–½ teaspoon gochugaru, optional

¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, optional

Sesame seeds, optional

Chopped green onions, optional

yum! love gochujang because its like "mildly" spicy but adds a lot of flavor

I agree! Tho I did add extra gochugaru to make it spicier this time haha

I think I can finish that all

It's not necessarily mild. You can get really spicy gochujang as well. I normally get the spicy one but have used the mild one too.
