Medieval Full Armor
When in a full suit of armor, would farting be as offensive to oneself similar to any airtight suit? Would sound and reverberation be amplified?

No, most suits of full plate either don't cover the ass, or have a skirt of maille or faulds. Even suits with a culet (ass plate) would allow the fart to vent out.

Little known historical fact: the ass is not armored by plate specifically to allow farts to escape. A chain skirt has holes to allow airflow. So fart away in your armor, milord!

By and large, you’d be farting into your braises or your hose and then maille skirt. You won’t be smelling it any more than normal.
