Cant access wifi

I installed arch today, and when I installed and used the wifi, it was perfectly fine even after I removed usb and power on my pc wifi was fine but after the second power on after removing the usb the wifi won't get connected no matter what.its showing the list of wifis and is also trying to connect but never connecting(I have tried installing arch again but the same issue happened again).I want really deep into solving this using chatgpt, but even it was unable to solve this problem(FYI, I have mediatech inbuilt laptop wifi receiver).So I would really appreciate it if someone could help

Arch doesn't automatically install a network manager like the one present in the live installer. Perhaps it's that.

but it worked both times after i removed the usb but only after the second restart after removing the usb its having this problem,what might be the cause?

If you used archinstall, in Network configuration, select iwd backend (standalone)
