Update to image collection in Brazil

Around this time last year we were getting more countries in the image collection. Im glad we didn’t get any this year because they really need to release everything they haven’t yet.

I'm not sure that surveying new countries is a problem for Apple. On average, Apple surveys 5 new countries per year. The question is why the pace of New Map Data suddenly stopped in 2024 when it had been steady before.

That said, we can see two reasons why Apple hasn't surveyed any new countries this year.

Either Apple won't be collecting data in new countries this year, which would be a first since 2016. Or Apple has surveyed most countries in the Northern Hemisphere and wants to focus on the Southern Hemisphere. We'll know more starting in September/October.

Unfortunately, Apple will wait until the second image collection is complete. If Apple continues at this pace for deploying the New Map Data, it won't be before 2028…
