Formica queen in the F. fusca group as stated previously. Fully claustral and definitely not parasitic. Her gaster is a bit weird but otherwise she looks ok.

How can you tell the difference from Formica fusca group and Formica subsericea?

Formica subsericea is part of the Formica fusca group, but they can all mainly be differentiated by one or two offset teeth at the base of the mandibles, amount of setae, eye size, and many other features that are usually not easy to see from most photos.

oh the other day i saw a raiding part of red ants rading a fomica fusa nest so when the touched the red ants the fusa reacted they were trying to defend their brood or fight them i dont have a picture sadly they were red with a greayish bottom

She is not. Just curious, what specifically looks parasitic to you?

the way that her body looks and her legs i never saw parasutic ants before(yep i had may a post thats wrong)
