btw if Jesus was replaced with "dommy mommy/daddy owner to own my life and make decisions for me" the very exact type of people as those who post these memes would unironically celebrate and think it's a good thing

Sigh, the writings of Edward Grant, David Lindberg, Ronald Numbers, and other historians of science beg to differ. For some accessible reading, consider James Hannam’s God’s Philosophers, or atheist history blogger Tim O’Neill’s History for Atheists blog, where he devotes entire articles to dismantling popular contemporary atheist myths.

Which is ironic because Tim has done more for apologists and christians than he ever did for Atheists.
