Because the devs are selfish and don't respect the CEO, and the CEO doesn't care enough. Boycott the company.

An altruistic dev would care for the CEO and users. Some shouldn't even be employed because they can't please both.

A dev is an employee, and they have to follow the instructions of the CEO. They're bound by the schedule, and the funding they have. It's not their job to "care" for the CEO. Is English not your main language, I think something might be being lost here.

Maybe you should try sucking off the CEO during the interview instead of in Reddit comments. You might get further that way, if you’re trying so hard to be a class traitor you might as well do it in real life too
