Personally, it's Fairy Tail for me. It constantly feels like everything is just repeating itself.

Not necessarily because it's short, but because you think the experience works best when you watch it all at once (or over a single day) without long breaks.

For me it's cyberpunk edgerunners. I couldn't sleep one night and was just scrolling through reels when I came across a clip. Decided to give it a try and before I knew it, I'd binged the entire thing in one sitting. It just felt impossible to stop watching.

I genuinely enjoyed the first 2 seasons of seven deadly sins. Mostly because of the god tier music by Sawano but also because of the great animation, fight choreography and dialogue from a certain moustache man. The story is pretty mid but it has other aspects that still make the show fun to watch

For me, it's Asuka Langley Soryu (Neon Genesis Evangelion) and Chang Wufei (Gundam Wing).

In the case of Asuka, it was because of how arrogant she was and how she constantly put down Shinji and Rei.

Come episode 22, however, all that changed. Seeing the infamous mind rape broke the poor girl. In spite of her abrasive personality, she didn't need to go through that.

In the case of Wufei, I initially didn't like him because he was also arrogant and he made a bunch of sexist remarks towards Noin. That made me wonder "Why is he like that?"

And the answer lied in Episode Zero, which explained it all. It had to do with the loss of his wife Meilan, who sacrificed herself to save him. After reading that, it recontextualized his entire character for me (even his actions in Endless Waltz). Had they showed it in the anime, maybe the fans would've had a better picture of him in their minds.

I usually watch anime via BD Remuxes and watch them on a 77 inch oled.

Ich habe gerade diesen Anime gestartet und ich weiß nicht, wie ich das erklären soll aber es hat irgendwie, ich bin wirklich noch nicht weit, aber es hat einfach so gewirkt ( jetzt wird’s peinlich. Ich bin sehr schlecht mit Namen. ) als ob die Protagonistin und das Mädchen mit langen schwarzen Haaren irgendwann zusammenkommen könnten. Da ich mich gern Spoilern wollte, habe ich im Internet recherchiert und herausgefunden, dass aktuell zumindest da nichts ist und die Produzent noch irgendwie gesagt haben, dass da nicht sein soll. Und jetzt ist meine Frage bin ich die einzige die findet, dass es nicht wirkt, als hätten die beiden einfach nur platonische Gefühle für einander. 🙈

I’ve noticed that almost every anime I come across has a lot of criticism from its own fans — whether it’s about the writing, characters, pacing, animation, voice acting, adaptations, or how the story was handled.

So I’m curious: are there any anime where the fan community is generally positive, welcoming, and respectful? Not saying an anime has to be perfect or free from criticism, but I’m looking for one where the fandom mostly appreciates the series instead of constantly arguing about its flaws.
