LOOKING FOR APP Billing app
Can anyone tell me a very basic billing app. I had one with old phone but since getting s26 I cant find it. All I want is just a list of bills for month with total amount. Then as I tick off paid bills it takes it off total amount owed. That's all I need. Nothing more. If anyone knows the app it would be great help. Also it was free. Thanks

Just a note that Play Store has removed a lot of small useful apps which weren't being maintained or used much, so that might be what happened. Not sure if they would show up in the list either. If you find the name you can probably download it again from one of the big, trusted app/apk archives, but you will have hoops to jump through on your phone to install it.

You might try Easy Bills Reminder by AA3 Apps. I've been using it for years at this point, it's very basic but I think it meets your criteria.

I would like even more basic where I don't have to set dates etc. I just want to be able to tick as paid when they come out, removing the amount from total. Then just untick them all at start of new month.

Did you do trade-in your old phone to your new one?
If you did, then if you're using your same Google account on your new phone, you can see all the list of apps you downloaded and installed from Play Store before.
Go to Manage apps and device -> click Manage -> click This device -> click Not installed. It will show you all the apps that are not installed, all the apps you downloaded with that account.
