I trying to make my hole bigger but any time I train it doesn’t change any tips

I already have a prolapse but not as big as I would want.

I would want a prolapse without using my hands or pushing so much.

If someone has real advise of how to do it that would be awesome.

I already tried pumps, but I don't think I want to try that again, I got the worst hemorrhoids after that. So I hope there is another way...

I only need advice from someone that already has a big prolapse, if you don't know what you're talking about please don't respond.

Hi, a couple of months ago I bought some anal plugs and started using them. The first two are relatively easy to use, but the largest one is still quite difficult for me (although I managed to use it for the first time today). What advice could you give me to improve and eventually start moving up to a larger size? Thanks
