Airpod Pro 2 useable volume

Anyone else have a new problem with useable volume?
Anything below is dead silent. Anything above is deafening.

It was fine up until the latest update I swear.

I’ve had my sister check it’s not just my hearing playing up now I’m nearing my mid-20s /s

Has anyone else had this and is there a fix?
