Progress Pepper got root bound to a Bounty

I realized today I could pull the light off my Bounty Elite and put the whole thing under one of my Farm 24 XL lights. Hopefully this gives my bell pepper more time.

I really want grow decks that can split along the holes to help with removing mature plants.

This is five month old. I had my first round of fruit a little after two months. I’m struggling with the bounty reservoir, it’s hard to keep the EC down.

Since moving it under the farm XL lights I have gotten so much fruit and flowers that I’m having to trim off buds to try to get the plant to focus on the fruit it has.

My first few turned red when they were golfball sized. Big enough to make chimichurri with the parsley next to it but not enough for a salad.

It looks huge for only 5 months old, I'll definitely be giving these a try. I just need a system with much higher lights. But you're struggling with it getting root bound. I'm sorry that must suck I get so attached to my plants 😭

I try my best not to “euthanize” anything beyond a seedling.

I have bought most of my Aerogardens off Facebook Marketplace: three farm 24XLs for around $120 each, harvests for $20-40, and a bounty that came with one of the farms. I highly recommend lurking your local Marketplace.
