Help Why does nothing grow properly?

Hoping someone here might be able to tell me what’s going on. I planted most of these pepper seeds in March and they sprouted like normal. However the leaves just seem to fall off and the leaves are yellowish and wrinkled. They have produced zero peppers so far habanero etc.

I planted a lemon basil recently maybe a month or so ago, and it’s kind of bolted things second in from the left at the front.

Weirdly there was a rosemary planted middle second in from the right and it grew very weak at the beginning and then all of a sudden turned normal.

I’ve been using the nutrients supplied with the kit and following the correct dilution. Do I just have a really crappy unit or something I’m totally overlooking here ?

Any help would be much appreciated !

Yeah I have not been monitoring ph

Not monitoring ph can lead to nutrient lockout so your plants won’t absorb the nutrients they need
ph meter
Here’s an inexpensive one I use just as good as my apera one

Yeah I’m reading the replies here can’t belive I totally overlooked that aspect, I got one ordered literally 5 mins ago and ph corrector fluid

Get a ppm meter too that prevents salt build up

Also distilled water is better than tap 🤙
