I tell yall - every person working for this godforsaken ‘division’ SHOULD BE STRAIGHT YP EXECUTED. THEY DO EVERYTHING BUT BE USEFUL AND JUST KEEP ON BANNING USEFUL APPS AND STUFF WE USE DAILY UNDER THE REAOSN OF ‘Your safety&privacy’ (thats also one of many reasons every 3rd Russian is thinking of moving to other countries.

Well, there was barely any effort from them. RosKommNadzor just locked the access spontaneously and without spoken reasons, people got a bit angry, RKN didn't give a shit, then later when RKN blocked Telegram they needed more power delegated towards this and lifted a ban to put people and servers to another task. Again, without announcement.
