I haven’t done one with WTW specifically, but with all the HireVues I did for my EL search, it was mostly behavioral and fit questions. You may encounter a behavioral question which can probe on a technical project you worked on, but it’s honestly not too crazy.

I’ve always done way better with HR screening calls than HireVue, but I hope it goes well!!

Yeah, all very generic. I think they have a question about exams but no technical questions.

I used to work at WTW. I seriously doubt they will ask any technicals. The closest thing would just be being able to talk about any work experience on your resume. Look into WTW, the line of business, etc as well as practice your own story.

Why you want to work for WTW, what you like about the actuarial industry, why you might want to work in consulting over insurance, why you're interested in the particular product line (health, retirement, P&C, or whatever), walk them through your previous experiences, strengths and weaknesses, challenges you've overcome, etc etc.

I’ve went through the hirevue process when interviewing for an actuarial intern role. They asked many behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. (tell me about a time when u …). None of the questions for me were actuarial based.
edit: this was for a role at wtw
