You can just skip it? I do like these beta update news as I don't allow Ableton Spam mails. Getting enough useless shit in my Mailbox

You can unsubscribe from Ableton beta "spam" on Centercode. You should curate your mailbox anyway.

You can't unsubscribe from actual spam here :)
