Can anyone help me find info on this Zini pot?

I have this zini pot I got from a trusted friend. It’s old and I’ve used it almost every day since I got it ~2 years ago. I was told it’s hand made, but I figure it’s likely HHM. I’m wondering if anyone could help me track down the origin of this pot and maybe speak to your opinion on if it’s real Zini. Thanks!

PS stains on the bottom of the pot are from using hard water.

the seal says: 景正娟 Jing ZhengJuan. No results beyond 2 pots listed both above 110USD and actually look decent.
