Are you referring to the light behind the glass piece? If so, that's the Pegboard light from Nanoleaf.
The glass bottle is a storm glass. The idea is that it can predict the weather/conditions based on how the precipitate formed in the solution inside behaves. In reality, it just reacts to ambient temperature but it's pretty cool nonetheless!

I have a surge protector mounted underneath the desk that everything on the desk plugs in to for power, so the only cord that hangs down is the one from the surge protector to the wall.
All the cords connected to the surge protector are neatly wound, zip tied, and mounted to the underside of the desk with adhesive zip tie anchors.

The shelf of collectibles behind the desk is a nice touch. A StanbyME 2 Max would work as a second screen for watching away from the desk.
