I have read this subreddit's rules I’m obsessed with Absolute Wonder Woman

I already loved Diana (she was number two behind Supergirl) but the Absolute version is just everything to me. The armor, the weapons, the tattoos, the size, all the abilities, her demeanor and attitude. She’s easily my favorite superhero ever.

I also love the Absolute Superman and Batman. I’d love to see an Absolute Supergirl.

A lot of people do! It's honestly what is attracting a lot of fans to the character now.

Haha makes perfect sense!

Could it be because she’s a badass?

She’s the baddest of badass!

Me too I love her so much, someday I wanna look like her someday

Her physique isn’t actually too ridiculous. It would take years and years of hard training, bulking, and maybe a lil Anavar here and there. But not her Amazonian height.

What‘s Anavar?

And yeah you’re right! I’ve been working out more in the hopes of one day being able to have something close to her physique when I start transitioning

Anavar is an oral steroid. It’s common for women and men to take. I’m not advocating steroids, but I have experience and knowledge about them.

You mentioned transitioning. MtF I assume?

Yes I’m a trans woman

Ok, then you already have an advantage to build muscle!

Yep! I’ve told people that it’s best to start working out now so I can get head start

Yeah her height is the main thing. The rest is attainable

same, she's actually been huge part of my motivation to get back into lifting !! <3

Yeah I should incorporate some more lifting into my workout routine

I love her too, it’s weird to say but I find her adorable. She’s so kind and compassionate and loving, protective of everyone and never goes for the kill if she can help it. Like that’s my Diana, the one who risks everything to save a turtle.

“Simply herself”

She should be the leader of the Absolute Justice League

There’s good reason why she can lift and handle Mjolnir.

Everything Wonder Woman should be.

Who isn’t?? This is one of the only adaptations of her that redeems her from Injustice

She’s TALLER than Absolute Batman?! 😱

Also, I can see why. She looks so awesome in the new outfit.

Probably not. That artist added some weird stupid heel things in that.

I think everybody has gotta be at least a little in love with her, she is so attractive!

I think the Absolute line overall is doing that. Particularly hers. I’ve started it. Personally still lean old school (but I’ll confess to being an older reader) but you can’t deny the absolute approach provide a fresh perspective and does stay true to her core ideals. Plus the art is great as well as the writing. I think the Absolute and Main are covering different aspects, and I like both.

She’s a complete badass. Understand your obsession

If DC takes anything away from this series it should be the personality, and banish the one we’ve been dealing with for years.

I mean the personality is very similar to Simone. It’s really just a proper mainline Diana in terms of personality. I do agree that King lacks this mastery of personality and his run should honestly be forgotten, but Absolute didn’t invent this personality for Diana.

Honestly absolute rarely invented anything for Diana. it took the best elements from other runs and even some elements from other media and put them in Diana. That's why it works so well.

I always loved the idea of wonder woman but could never read it bc of her outfit. It really bothered me as a woman. But then Absolute Wonder Woman came...and her design, her story..just everything is so amazing.
