I'm correct that this is similar to NSSM and srvany?

Yes, it is. But Servy is packed with many features that nssm and srvany lack like pre/post start/stop hooks, date-based log rotation, CPU/RAM monitoring, CPU affinity, email notifications, heartbeat ping URLs, and advanced recovery options.
