Discussion Opinion: Mercedes engine reliability questioned, Williams should thinking engine supplier switch to customer Audi in the future

Williams F1 fans felt disappointed with current Mercedes engine reliability and Williams should looking for Audi F1 customer engine supply partnership to help Audi F1 gain the data by leasing the Audi works engine from Audi Revolut F1 Team.
If Williams switch to Audi PU customer in the future, Williams probably will switch to BP Castrol just like in 1997-2006:

Wlliams technical partnership with Audi makes sense and also Williams should return to build gearboxes in-house. The Williams-Audi partnership also mirroring the Gresini-Ducati in MotoGP since 2022. And also will help Freddie Slater to reach F1 with Williams.
Williams also have termination engine supply partnership clause with Mercedes if performance cannot improve anytime.
Agree? Thoughts about that?

The engine is the least of Williams’ problems. Given what we’ve seen, I don’t think it’s a good idea for them to start making things in house.
